Shaarei Shamayim

A Place of Comfort, Companionship and Healing

Religious School and Holidays

Religious School: Shaarei Shamayim has a wonderful and intimate Religious School with a great deal of personal attention given to each child (grades K-7). The children learn Torah and Bible, about Shabbat, holidays, customs and ceremonies and how to daven and sing the prayers of the Siddur. Regarding Hebrew language skills, each child learns at his/her own pace. All this is skillfully taught by Mrs. Devorah Boroosan, with prayer taught by Rabbi Mark Kunis. The Religious School meets every Sunday from 10:00am until 12:00pm.
